These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and STMA Printing (“Print Shop”). By using STMA printing’s services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Orders

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and files for all print orders. STMA printing is not responsible for any errors, omissions or defects in the information or files provided by the Customer. Print Shop reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. STMA printing accepts cash, credit cards, and checks as payment methods. Any returned checks will incur a fee of $35.00.

Turnaround Time

STMA printing will provide an estimated turnaround time for each order, which is subject to change based on workload and other factors. STMA printing will make every effort to meet the estimated turnaround time, but is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of its control.

Intellectual Property

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any content or files provided for printing do not infringe on any intellectual property rights. STMA printing assumes no liability for any infringement of intellectual property rights.

Liability

STMA printing’s liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of its services is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the services. Print Shop is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless STMA printing and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where STMA printing is located.

Modification

STMA printing may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on Print Shop’s website. Customer’s continued use of STMA printing’s services constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Print Shop and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Print Shop.
